  2. The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of providing the service, based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
  3. Every person whose data is processed by the Controller has the right to:
    • access their data and obtain a copy thereof,
    • rectify (correct) their data,
    • erase their data,
    • restrict the processing of their data,
    • transfer their data – if the legal basis for processing is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
    • object to the processing of their personal data – if the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
    • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  5. Providing data is not necessary for the conclusion of contracts, the settlement of business activities, or for fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations.
  6. The data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
