- The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of providing the service, based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
- Every person whose data is processed by the Controller has the right to:
- access their data and obtain a copy thereof,

- restrict the processing of their data,
- transfer their data – if the legal basis for processing is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) or Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR) or a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),

- Providing data is not necessary for the conclusion of contracts, the settlement of business activities, or for fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations.
- The data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
