The 2nd edition of the Warsaw Medical Expo, held on November 26–28, 2024, has come to a successful close. It was an exceptional event that brought together MedTech industry leaders, young specialists, and business partners to discuss the future of medical devices and clinical trials.
Over two days, we engaged in inspiring discussions, gained valuable insights, and strengthened relationships within the medical industry. Our participation at booth E2.22A allowed us to showcase our expertise in medical device commercialization, including clinical, regulatory, and technical consulting, certification, and global registration strategies.
We were honored to meet representatives from:
- PCBC (Polish Center for Testing and Certification S.A.),
- CEZAMAT PW,
- ITAM (Institute of Medical Technology and Equipment).
Additionally, we were delighted to interact with students and young innovators from leading academic institutions, including the Silesian University of Technology, Gdańsk Medical University, and the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. Their enthusiasm and fresh ideas were truly inspiring.
The event also provided an opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities in MedTech, with a focus on clinical trials, certification bottlenecks in Europe, and innovation in medical technology.

This year’s edition welcomed 2,439 visitors from 9 countries and featured 130 exhibitors across 20,000 m² of exhibition space. The event catered to a wide audience, including healthcare administrators, medical device manufacturers, and clinicians, creating an ideal setting for professional networking and knowledge exchange.
